Notes: I could not possibly have completed this with any competence whatsoever without oliviacirce and nextian there to beta for me, tell me about the bit in the middle where an entire chunk of the emotional arc was missing, and generally cheerlead; I probably could also not have done it if I didn't have nai_is_not living down the hall and willing to listen to me first thing in the morning when I attacked her at breakfast going "IT IS EVEN LONGER NOW LISTEN TO THE NEW STUFF."
