the bits that are yours are all great - i love donna coming to the rescue and the idea that she still doesn't put time lords together with the fact that she used to know one (very funny) and them going to UNIT rather than random underused characters' house, also that the doctor goes to see rose first - because that's lovely, and makes so much more sense, and i like that he regenerates from bricks falling on him and saves the master by being a bit close by. this is all great.

i must own, however, that i think there is too much EoT still in the fic, though. the 'get out of the way' and shoot the macguffin, as nice as it was from a shippy standpoint, is still the worst plot twist ever, and the beginning is kind of... slow.

but generally i liked it a lot, and it is definitely better than what we watched on new year's day.
