you has kild me. I died, I dead, I gone. puff, nada, zilch. talk about being blown away by the sheer..... gah, mere words(adequate!adjectives!) fail me.
brilliantness.
Obviously knew that the fic was going to be well worth the read when I came across china_shop's rec post(I'm so so glad I saw I post. so so glash she made that post.)....
But. you know that tingling sensation seasoned fans(regardless of Fandom) get when they come across a fic that is going to change that respective Fandom for them forevermore?
*nods* whoo boy.
So incredibly well-written, an utter gem of a fic. Thank you so much for writing this! I notice that Magnetic seems to be the only DS fic you've authored?(had a quick snoop in your lj just now ^_^), but the way you've dived inside RK's mind, and the voices of RV and BF.... the pace, dialogue and sheer vividness of the fic has had me totally in awe. totally.
Please please know that I mean this in the bestest of ways, the grandest of compliments when I say that although I usually tend to stubbornly stick to pairings with either Ray with Fraser, I'm so so so glad I read this fic-- because Due South to me is *all* about Fraser, but also about Kowalski and Vecchio, and all (much loved)three of them together... and your fic hit all the notes I wanted, hadn't even really realised I needed to read in a K/F/V fic.
*worships*
I think I'll just stagger back to the my corner and go back to that blissful, post-fic stupefied oblivion.
